The Canadian Forces Training Development Centre welcomed its sister branch, Personnel Selection, in September 2002.  The first Basic Personnel Selection Officer Course was organized by Capt Pierre Labonte (now Maj) and held at CFTDC in Nov-Dec 2003.  The official PSel School Inauguration and Flag Raising took place, Wednesday 26 Nov 2003, followed by a Mess Dinner.
